Ron, and his wife Marge, are the founders of the MRL Group of Companies. (M - Marge, R - Ron, L - Lessoway). Ron has an extensive business background. Ron's parents were small business owners, and passed that aptitude to him. Ron usually held a position that required him to be innovative, creative and ambitious, where Ron’s compensation was typically based on his ability to work outside the box.
Being a small business operator put Ron in direct contact with his clients and on the front line with the people working in the business. It was this position that provided Ron the opportunity to maintain an understanding and compassion for his business clients and the people working in the business.

Marge's attention to detail provides the company with the assurance to maintain it's direction and profitability. The requirement for detail documentation and understanding of procedures and policy as required by the investment and securities community is of utmost importance to the integrity of this business. Marge provides a focused and diligent overview of all matters pertaining to office policy, procedures and privacy. Previous experience managing a branch office in the financial services industry gives Marge the understanding and knowledge, which she applies with detail precision. Marge has been licensed as a Realtor® in Alberta since 2004 and holds a life insurance license.
