Effective September 28, 2010, the new regulatory changes of National Instrument 31-103 becomes effective and individuals who are planning to sell, trade and promote (or continue to sell) Exempt Market Products will be required to be sponsored by a Single Sponsoring Exempt Market Dealers (EMD) firm.

Upon your completion of the IFSE Exempt Market Products Course or Canadian Securities Course, you will be required to select a sponsoring EMD firm that will assist in the process of completing your registration with the Alberta Securities Commission.
