  • Is the investment leveraged?
MRL does not risk your money by leveraging investments in this economy.
Leveraged Investments use credit or borrowed funds to improve speculative
capacity but this also increases risk from volatility.  As the leverage ratio
(investor equity/borrowed funds) increases, the risk to the investor's equity
also increases because of market volatility.

  • Are you dealing with a marketing company or a real estate marketing company?
MRL is a real estate marketing company using their knowledge to focus on
the value of real estate,  a marketing company is focused on the promotion
of the product not necessarily on the value of the real estate.

  • Does the company or management take their profit before you get yours?
MRL always pays it's Investors before taking a profit for themselves.

  • Does the company make money by earning you money or by taking your money?
MRL earns money by earning money for you.

  • Who is selling the investment, when did they buy it and what did they pay for it?  
There is no middle man involved with MRL investments.  Some companies
(or their owners) purchase property using one company they own and then
"flip" or resell that same property at inflated prices to individual investors for
an instant profit for themselves--something MRL does not do.
